Olivero Garza Elementary

My name is Carina Santoyo, and I am honored to serve as the Assistant Principal at Olivero Garza Elementary. This marks my 16th year in education, and I am truly passionate about the lasting impact we have on students. Over the years, I've had the privilege of teaching a range of grade levels, including Kindergarten, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades. Most recently, I served as an instructional coach, working alongside teachers to support and enhance classroom practices.

As an Assistant Principal, my primary goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and rigorous learning environment for all students. I am dedicated to ensuring that each student has the opportunity to thrive academically and emotionally. I am here to support not only our students, but also our families and the wider community. I’m excited about the opportunity to collaborate with you and your children, and I look forward to working together to ensure a successful school year!
